Can I upgrade my tickets?

In order to process an upgrade, customers must purchase their new desired ticket type, forward the confirmation email to info@gacmf.com and we will refund the original order. After the fulfillment cutoff date, upgrades are no longer permitted online. All upgrades after the fulfillment cutoff date must be done at Will Call. Will Call will open the week of the festival and remain open throughout the duration of the festival.
