How do I change the information on my order?

Thank you for your 2023 GCMF purchase! To log into your Eitx account and update your shipping address, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Visit Etix linked HERE
  2. Enter your username and password. Your username is the email address you used to purchase your tickets. (If you have not logged in before, please select “Having Trouble Logging In?” and follow the “First Time Logging In?” prompts)
  3. Once you are logged in, select the “Account” dropdown at the top right of the page.
  4. Select “Mailing Address & Phone Number”
  5. Scroll down and enter your new shipping address under Account Information
  6. Select the “Save” button
