Cole Goodwin is a 22-year-old country singer/songwriter from Pooler, Georgia. He taught himself to play the keyboard and guitar in high school and developed a love and appreciation of music along the way. He started writing original songs and performing while in college and recently released his all-original EP titled “Soon Enough” in March 2023. He has headlined festivals and venues both acoustically and with his band all over Georgia including Savannah, Statesboro, Brunswick, Macon, Athens, and Nashville, TN. In addition, he has shared the stage by opening for touring acts such as Conner Smith, Ben Chapman, and Trea Landon. His strong, silky voice and energetic full band shows landed him the title of Savannah’s Best Country Artist/Band in May 2023 as voted upon by the people of Savannah. Cole grew up listening to southern gospel and country music. His musical roots are classical country like that of Waylon Jennings and Keith Whitley, but his passion for all musical genres is displayed in his other influences from the likes of Lynyrd Skynyrd, the Allman Brothers, Hank Williams Jr. and Eric Church. His original songs have meaningful lyrics, depth, and catchy melodies. His unique, soulful voice infused with his down-home attitude and passion for creating music make him an up-and-coming artist you won’t want to miss.
