  • You may leave the festival site and return with your official GCMF wristband on.
  • Tickets are non-refundable.

TICKET WILL CALL POLICY
If you need to pick up your tickets prior to GCMF, please note the following. In order to exchange your ticket for a wristband at will-call box office, you will need to have everyone in your group present. A valid ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket must be presented to pick up your wristbands. If you are not the original purchaser, you must provide a copy of the original purchaser’s ID, order confirmation, and credit card used to purchase (with last 4 digits visible) for wristband pickup. No exceptions.

Phone, sunscreen, approved bags (see additional details below), blankets, festival flags without metal or wooden poles

LEAVE IN YOUR CAR OR AT HOME
Fireworks, explosives of any kind, bladder style backpacks, bota bags, or other bags which do not meet our approved bag requirements (see additional details below), drugs, drug paraphernalia, outside alcohol, food and drinks including water bottles, kites, coolers, umbrellas, metal or wood flag poles, audio recording devices, professional video or photography equipment, tents, framed backpacks, chairs of any kind including foldable, laser pointers, pets and animals.

CLEAR BAG POLICY
Georgia Country Music Fest™ has a clear bag policy to provide everyone with a safer festival experience, as well as to decrease the time it takes to get into the show. Please take note of the following, prior to making your way to the festival.

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
    (Official GCMF Logo clear tote, drawstring and fanny packs plastic bags will be available through festival merchandise outlets)
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or smaller)
  • Small clutch bags*, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the fest with one of the clear plastic bags.
  • An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs that are not see-through, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.

* A small clutch bag is defined as – “approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap, no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”

AGE RESTRICTIONS
GCMF is open to all ages. Children 10 and under are admitted free but must be accompanied by an adult. Children 11 years of age and older must have their own ticket.

DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY
You must be 21 years of age or older to drink at GCMF and 21+ wristband required to purchase, possess, or consume alcohol. You must present a valid ID at one of our ID stations in order to receive your 21+ wristband each day. GCMF is a zero tolerance event. All local and state laws will be strictly enforced. There will be no tolerance for illegal activities.

NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
When you enter the Georgia Country Music Fest™ (“GCMF”) event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by GCMF and its affiliates / representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar GCMF events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities GCMF. You release GCMF, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by GCMF or the person or entity designated to do so by GCMF. When you enter GCMF, you have consented, waiver of liability.
